- “When the God in you, and the human in you are in parallel unisonness, then you are an 11. You have no duality, you have divine vision, and the truth flows from you. You don’t have to find anything outside of you. The jewels are all in you – you are rich inside, you have satisfaction and contentment.” Yogi Bhajan
''The truth is that the human body is made up of ten bodies: the physical body, three mental bodies, and six energy bodies. The eleventh embodiment – when all ten bodies are under your direction – produces a pure state of consciousness when you have the ability to see all events as God’s Play and recognize the God in all.
You can visualise your various bodies as layers of clothing, the physical body being the overcoat you wear for a lifetime. We know we have a physical body; we can see it, touch it, and feel it. We also have other bodies that are equally real, if not more so''

The ten bodies.
1st is the spiritual body. It weighs a quarter of an ounce or less. It is present in every atom of the tattvas. There are five tattvas: ether, air, fire, water and earth. They are the five constituents of your body, and in the atoms of every tattva is the residence of the soul. It's called the spiritual body.
2nd is the mental body negative.
3rd is the mental body positive.
4th is the mental body neutral.
5th is the physical body.
6th is the arc body: halo. The halo is the arc body. The arc body shows from earlobe to earlobe.
7th is the auric body.
8th is the pranic body—prana, apana—through which your life comes. It doesn't come through air.
9th is the subtle body. You know what subtle means?
10th body is the radiant body, the grace.
When all of the bodies are in balance, this is the eleventh embodiment. It is a state of pure consciousness.

Chyan Community Field, Halvasso, Penryn, TR10 9BT.
Grid ref: SW 744 316
Chyan is only 4 or so miles from both Penryn and Falmouth; but it’s not on a major road or bus route – its relative remoteness is what makes it so special – so getting there can be a little challenging.
Chyan takes its responsibilities to restraining climate change seriously and we want to do all we can to reduce car use to the site (for instance running events when public transport IS possible), so if at all possible – walk, cycle or use the admittedly restricted bus options or contact us to try and arrange a car share.
From Penryn, if you have the time, its possible to avoid roads for much of a walk via College & Argal reservoirs.
BY CAR
From Falmouth roundabout on A39 take A394 towards Helston. Travel through Longdowns until left hand turn to Herniss. Follow this small road for about 2 miles; you’ll got through the hamlet of Halvasso, and then BF Adventure centre on your left. Another 1/4 mile on, you’ll see a turning on your right to a variety of house names – Jobs Water, Maen Rock, Treworvack etc; do not go down there, instead continue for 50m more to enter Chyan car-park on your right.
OR via Hillhead Road (Penryn) towards Lamanva / Constantine. After Menallack Cheese Farm on your left, take the next right turn and car park is a few yards along on the left.
